Saha İspanya acts as an independent commercial agent and consultant within the meaning of Spanish Law 12/1992 of 27 May on Agency Contracts (Ley 12/1992, sobre Contrato de Agencia). It promotes Turkish manufacturers to buyers in Spain and provides related consulting.

Saha İspanya has no authority to sign contracts or to collect payments on behalf of any manufacturer. Saha İspanya is not an EU authorised representative within the meaning of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020, and is not an importer, distributor or fulfilment service provider. Any sales contract is concluded directly between the manufacturer and the buyer.
