Where does your product stand under Union rules?

Send us your product group or your HS code. Within three working days you receive, in writing: which European Union legislation your product falls under, whether the obligation to have a counterpart established in the Union arises for you, and which channel this line is sold through in Spain. This is a preliminary assessment; the final conformity determination is subject to confirmation by the manufacturer and, where required, an accredited body or a Spanish lawyer. No price information is asked for at this stage, and none is needed.
